Jadu Drinks was born from a desire to celebrate the rich tapestry of Indian spices in a way that’s never been done before. We wanted to take the bold, aromatic flavours of Indian cooking spices like cassia, cardamom, coriander seeds, and black pepper and reimagine them as the foundation for a truly unique spirit.

In Indian cooking, spices are often toasted or cooked in copper pans to unlock their full flavours potential, and we’ve mirrored this tradition in our process. Jadu is distilled using copper pot stills, a method that refines and enhances the natural warmth and complexity of the spices, creating a smooth and character-rich vodka.

But we didn’t stop there. While these spices bring depth and warmth, we wanted to take it a step further by balancing their intensity with the luscious sweetness of guava. This fruit adds a tropical twist that perfectly complements the bold spices, resulting in a harmonious and versatile vodka that’s both exciting and refined.
