Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where age verification cannot be confirmed.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to enjoy every Jadu experience. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or incorrect items: We’ll replace or refund, subject to photo evidence.
Unopened returns: Products must be sealed, in original condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Exclusions: Opened bottles can’t be returned unless faulty.
